Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern bookings and purchases made through
the Miguel Vargas website. By completing a booking or payment, the
customer confirms acceptance of these conditions and the cancellation
policy applicable to the service booked.
For Experience Sevilla, these Terms and Conditions are supplemented by
the Registration Dossier, Guest Agreement and Payment & Cancellation
Policy specific to the experience. Together they form part of the
contractual documentation accepted by the participant and govern the
particular conditions of payment, cancellation, participation and
accommodation. Where a specific condition has been expressly accepted
for Experience Sevilla, that documentation governs the relevant aspects
of that booking, always within the applicable legal framework.
Bookings and confirmation
For Flamenco Íntimo and other services with immediate confirmation, the
booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and the customer
receives the corresponding confirmation by email.
For Experience Sevilla, the initial payment constitutes receipt of a
booking request and the applicable deposit, but does not yet constitute
final confirmation of the place.
Availability and accommodation allocation are reviewed personally. The
customer will receive final written confirmation within a maximum of
two business days.
If the request cannot be confirmed, the full amount paid will be
refunded using the same payment method.
Once written confirmation has been sent by Experience Sevilla, the
deposit becomes non-refundable and the specific cancellation policy and
payment schedule for the experience will apply. The participant must
subsequently complete and sign the corresponding Registration Dossier.
Prices and payments
Prices are those shown during the booking process and, for Experience
Sevilla, in the accommodation and rate options document for the relevant
edition.
Before paying the deposit, the customer may view the total price of the
experience and the available accommodation options.
For Experience Sevilla, the customer will initially pay a deposit of
€1,000 per participant. This deposit will be deducted from the total
price of the experience.
Remaining payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule
communicated to and accepted by the participant. Failure to meet the
agreed deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture
of amounts already paid, in accordance with the Payment & Cancellation
Policy for Experience Sevilla.
Payments are processed through the secure methods indicated during the
booking process.
Cancellations and refunds
Each service has a specific cancellation policy.
Experience Sevilla
Once the booking has been confirmed, the Experience Sevilla deposit
is non-refundable.
If a participant decides to withdraw from the experience, they must
notify us in writing as soon as possible. Due to the very limited
number of places and the advance planning, accommodation, staffing,
artist, supplier and service commitments already in place, cancellation
may result in forfeiture of amounts already paid, in accordance with
the Payment & Cancellation Policy accepted by the participant.
If a cancelled place can be filled and paid for by another person
approved by Experience Sevilla, the organisation may consider a refund
of amounts received above the non-refundable deposit, after deducting
administrative and operational costs already incurred.
Participant substitution is not automatic and always requires prior
approval from Experience Sevilla, in order to preserve compatibility,
integrity and the intimate nature of the group.
Flamenco Íntimo
Due to the very limited number of places and the intimate format of each
performance, reserved places are non-refundable once the
booking has been confirmed and paid.
If you are unable to attend, you must notify us in writing as soon as
possible. Cancellations, date changes and no-shows do not entitle you to
a refund or transfer of your place.
If Flamenco Íntimo has to cancel a session for reasons attributable to the
organisation, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of amounts
paid directly to the organiser.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that each participant take out travel and
cancellation insurance covering illness, personal circumstances, flight
issues, trip interruptions or other unforeseen events that may prevent
their participation.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to
office@miguelvargas.com.
Changes and substitutions
Date changes are subject to availability and the conditions of each
service.
For Flamenco Íntimo, date changes and place transfers are not permitted
once the booking is confirmed.
For Experience Sevilla, participant substitution is not automatic and
requires prior approval from the organisation. The new participant must
take and pay for the place, and the specific conditions of the Payment
& Cancellation Policy will apply. The organisation may decline a
substitution in order to preserve the compatibility and intimate nature
of the group.
Punctuality
Punctuality is essential. For events and performances, arrival after the
start may prevent access and will not entitle the participant to a refund.
For Flamenco Íntimo, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before
the scheduled start time.
Late arrival or failure to attend, where applicable, does not entitle the
participant to a refund, and delays do not extend the duration of the
service.
Conduct and safety
Participants must behave respectfully towards the artists, staff, other
attendees and the venues used.
The organisation may exclude, without entitlement to a refund, any person
whose conduct is aggressive, disruptive, dangerous or incompatible with
the proper delivery of the activity.
Participants must follow all safety instructions given by the
organisation. Any relevant needs affecting participation should be
communicated in advance.
Changes or cancellation by the organiser
Experience Sevilla may make reasonable adjustments to artists, schedules,
itineraries, activities or venues where necessary, while always
maintaining the quality and essential nature of the experience.
If Experience Sevilla has to cancel the programme entirely, participants
will receive a refund of payments made directly to Experience Sevilla.
Experience Sevilla is not responsible for external expenses booked
independently by participants, including flights, additional
accommodation, visas, insurance, travel or other personal costs.
For other services, the organisation may offer an alternative date or a
refund in accordance with the applicable specific policy.
Force majeure and personal circumstances
For Flamenco Íntimo, personal circumstances—including illness or travel
difficulties—do not entitle the customer to a refund or date change.
A participant’s personal circumstances, including illness, flight or visa
difficulties, personal changes or inability to travel, are governed by
the Payment & Cancellation Policy for Experience Sevilla and do not
automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
Where inevitable and extraordinary circumstances directly affect the
delivery of the experience, participants will be informed as soon as
possible and any modification, alternative or refund will be handled in
accordance with the circumstances and the rights that are legally
applicable.
Photographs, recordings and intellectual property
Photographs or recordings may be taken during activities for documentary
and communication purposes. Anyone who does not wish to appear should
notify us before the activity.
Recording, reproduction or distribution of performances, materials and
content is not permitted without prior authorisation.
For Experience Sevilla, each participant’s preference regarding their
appearance in photographs or recordings is recorded expressly in the
Registration Dossier signed before the experience. Participants who have
indicated that they prefer not to appear will be identified and their
choice will be respected throughout the programme.
Liability
Miguel Vargas is not responsible for personal belongings, external
expenses booked by the customer, incidents caused by suppliers or third
parties outside its reasonable control, damage resulting from failure to
follow instructions, or decisions taken independently by the participant.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits rights that
cannot legally be waived. Where applicable by law, liability is limited
to the amount paid for the affected service.
Data protection
Personal data will be used to manage the booking, deliver the service and
send communications related to the activity.

Payments and chargebacks
In the event of an unjustified payment dispute, the organisation may
provide the payment provider with booking documentation, correspondence
and evidence of acceptance of these conditions.
The organisation may respond to unfounded chargeback claims and, where
appropriate, report suspected fraud to the relevant payment provider and
authorities. Nothing in this section limits the customer’s legitimate
right to raise a valid complaint or dispute.

be resolved in accordance with the applicable regulations and, where
permitted by law, before the courts of Sevilla, Spain, without prejudice
to any mandatory jurisdiction that may apply to the consumer.
