• Ensuring website security and preventing fraud.

The legal basis is contract performance or pre-contractual measures
(booking/request), consent where required, legitimate interest in managing
the commercial relationship, and compliance with legal obligations.

Data we collect

Depending on the service booked, we may process:

• Identification data: first and last name.
• Contact data: email address, phone number and postal address.
• Booking data: dates, participants, ticket type, amounts and order references.
• Payment data: processed by the payment gateway (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, language and cookies (see Cookie Policy).

Recipients and processors

We may share data with providers that supply services necessary to operate
the website and bookings, such as hosting, email, payment processing
(Stripe) and technical website tools. These providers act as data
processors and only access the data required to provide their service.

We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent
authority.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as the contractual relationship lasts and
for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve issues,
handle claims and meet liabilities arising from the service.

Booking and billing data are kept for the periods required by applicable
commercial, tax and consumer law.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure,
objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw consent
where processing is based on consent.
