FLAMENCO
My love, passion, and respect for flamenco are rooted in over 40 years of experience as an artist, and I want to share this with you through this profound journey. I will provide you with comprehensive and enriching knowledge of flamenco and its dance. We will work with live singing and guitar, learning about the compás (rhythm) and its interaction with the dance.
We will also focus on energy flow, body alignment, and breathing—all, with the goal of enhancing movement quality, technique, improvisation, and a theoretical understanding of flamenco.
CONNECTION AND COMFORT
This retreat will take place in a spectacular hacienda near Seville, featuring traditional Andalusian architecture and décor, surrounded by nature.
